In Jedi Academy, players are students at Jedi Master Luke Skywalker's Jedi praxeum on Yavin 4. The game offers expanded locales, character customization, and dynamic single and multiplayer modes. Players will be able to personalize their Jedi characters by selecting species, gender, clothing and physical appearance, as well as create a custom lightsaber. As players progress, they will be able to wield other Jedi weapons, such as paired blades and double-bladed lightsabers. For those who prefer to let their blasters do the talking, an arsenal of new and favorite weapons offers blaster pistols, rifles, Wookiee bowcasters, Imperial repeaters and a destructive electro-magnetic pulse (DEMP) gun.
