The glowing, bright purple blade ignites with realistic power-up and power-down light effects, including four motion-sensor controlled sounds: power-up, idle, hum, clash and power-down. Each sound was digitally recorded from the movie. The Force FX lightsaber features a permanently attached polycarbonate blade, and comes complete with a custom-designed display stand.
